RH Closure Gas Tester G-210

Conventional operation with pressure adjustment function.

This device is intended for the gas (dehumidified air) sealing of various cable connection points (closures) and is used for the airtightness check of the closures (gas flash test). By connecting this device to the closure (note), it is possible to seal gas at the specified pressure inside the closure. (Note: Gas valves No. 5 and No. 6 require separately sold conversion fittings.) This device is equipped with a regulator (pressure reducing valve), allowing for the arbitrary adjustment of sealing pressure. It can be used with the same operational feel as conventional gas flash testers. When sealing gas into large-capacity closures, using the separately sold "expansion compressor" can reduce the working time.

RH Closure Gas Tester G-211

Easy to operate, no pressure adjustment needed.

This device is intended for the purpose of filling gas (dehumidified air) into various cable connection points (closures) and is used for checking the airtightness of the closures (gas flash test). By connecting this device to the closure (note), gas at the specified pressure can be filled into the closure. (Note: Gas valves No. 5 and No. 6 require a separately sold adapter.) This device is equipped with a safety valve that releases air when the filling pressure exceeds the specified level, eliminating the need for pressure adjustment. Therefore, after connecting, work can be performed with simple operation by just pressing the power switch (*). (* Although it does not come with a regulator or pressure gauge, if recording the filling pressure is necessary, a separately sold additional pressure gauge can be installed to measure the pressure.) When filling gas into large-capacity closures, using a separately sold "additional compressor" can shorten the working time.
